Refund and cancellation policy
Short version: you can cancel at any time and keep what you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.
Paid plans aren't open yet, so nobody can be charged today. This is the policy that will apply when they open.
Cancelling
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
We don't refund payments that have already been made, including when a subscription renews. The exception is where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month, contact us and we will put it right.
One-time checks
A Quick check or a Full check is paid once. It is not refunded, with the same exception for the law where you live. If the check fails to finish, it is not used up: you can run it again at no extra cost.
Who takes the payment
Payments are handled by Paddle, the seller on your receipt.
